After doing much research and nedotiation I found this to match my modest needs:
When in are negotiating remember that in canada
you only pay for car price + freight + PDI
anything else is dealers profit. Dealer will try to sell you security features, rust proofing and other options don't get them included.
Some even start by ading those things in price to have some negotiating power.
Ask him to remove them in the begining.
